Co-founder of East Coast Satellite Communications, the company was started in 2011 with the goal of helping people communicate. Lou assisted Businesses and individuals develop remote communications and disaster planning programs by implementing satellite phone and data technology for uninterrupted worldwide communication. Over the years, East Coast Satellite Communications has grown from being a dealer of satellite phones to a leading service provider, offering satellite voice, data, and tracking solutions from major manufacturers including Iridium, Inmarsat, and Thuraya. Lou was a frequent speaker at Satcom conferences and emergency planning events. His unbiased presentations and direct style address the specifics of satellite technology including functionality, coverage, rates, and planning.

Co-founder of East Coast Satellite Communications, Gina handles all things financial. Gina has 30 years’ experience in the financial arena, working previously in mortgage lending and the Credit Union Industry. Gina is a firm believer in strong customer relationships and going the extra mile in personalized customer service. The goal: To deliver what the customer needs as seamlessly as possible. She believes outstanding customer service will make you stand out in that crowded marketplace. Gina is a graduate of the UNH Whittemore School of Business and Economics.
Julie Kendall is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire and has been a valuable member of the East Coast Satellite Communications team since 2011. Julie has 15 years of technical sales experience. Working in Business Development for GlobaFone, Julie has earned a reputation for providing results driven solutions for her government and military clients who utilize SatCom for a variety of reasons. From extreme and remote areas to emergency preparedness and disaster recovery applications, Julie brings extensive product knowledge and exceptional customer support to the East Coast Satellite Communications portfolio including: Iridium, Inmarsat and Thuraya.
